By joining the Property Redress Scheme (PRS), we can comply quickly and easily with this. We are registered under this scheme PRS040217

HMRC Anti-Money Laundering

Money laundering means exchanging money or assets that were obtained criminally for money or other assets that are ‘clean’. The clean money or assets do not have an obvious link with any criminal activity.

We are approved by HMRC under the Anti-Money Laundering Supervision. Our

anti-money laundering registration number is: XTML00000188404.

ICO

Any business or sole trader who processes personal information must register with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under the Data Protection Act 2018 and failure to register is a criminal offence.
